Therapeutic Coaching
Therapeutic coaching is a supportive, collaborative process that helps you gain clarity, shift patterns, and move toward meaningful personal change. It blends elements of coaching and therapeutic conversation to explore what’s getting in the way and what you truly want for yourself.
Unlike traditional therapy, therapeutic coaching does not involve a mental health diagnosis or treatment of clinical conditions. Instead, it focuses on personal insight, emotional growth, and taking intentional steps forward. Sessions offer a space to slow down, reflect, and be deeply listened too. This often leads to new perspectives and more grounded decision-making process.
This approach can be especially helpful if you're navigating transitions, feeling stuck, or wanting to align more fully with your values and goals. It’s not about fixing you. It’s about uncovering what’s already there and supporting you in accessing it with more ease and clarity.

Sessions typically last either 50 or 90 minutes, ensuring ample time for discussion, goal-setting, and personalized guidance. The duration provides a focused and impactful coaching experience. 30-minute coaching check-ins can be an effective tool for maintaining momentum, addressing immediate concerns, or reinforcing key goals between standard sessions.

I primarily offer sessions online using a HIPPA compliant platform. If you live in the metro or St. Croix area of Minnesota and Wisconsin sessions may be scheduled in person if requested in advanced.

My coaching is tailored, backed by my extensive therapeutic training, and results-driven personality. I focus on your individual needs, and we set out a clear plan from the beginning that works for you. I use evidenced based modalities such as EMDR & Brainspotting to help you move through areas you may historical been stuck.

30 min check-in session: $90.00

Missed Appointment:
I request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. An automatic fee of $85.00 will be charged for missed appointments or any appointments that are cancelled under 24 hours.
